Angela also has extensive experience in litigation and contentious business generally and is an experienced adjudicator and mediator, particularly of disputes over tenancies.

As mediator, Angela is responsible for conducting mediations, in person and by phone, the statutory provisions of which permit the mediator to provide information and suggestions and to take such action as the mediator deems appropriate. At the conclusion of the mediation, Angela is responsible for drafting the mediated agreement and having it executed by the parties and for explaining to them that they have a cooling off period.
