William is a practicing solicitor and trusted adviser since 1994. He is a practicing mediator since 2003 and founder member of the CEDR Ireland Mediator Practice Group established in 2011 He specialises in commercial litigation, commercial dispute mediation and arbitration. William has acted for corporate and private clients in most sectors including Energy, Transport, Pharmaceutical, Environmental Services and Charities / Not-for-profit, in non-contentious business including advising on public funding agreements and contentious business including construction arbitrations, injunctions, specific performance actions, judicial reviews, product liability suits, professional malpractice claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract and personal injury actions.
William is a recognised leader in the field of alternative dispute resolution. He is a founder member and former Council Member of ICMA, the Irish Commercial Mediation Association and a member of the Dublin Solicitors’ Bar Association where he served on Council for three years.

Angela is a founding partner of the firm and has been in continuous private general legal practice since 1985.
Angela is also a practising mediator and holds a practising certificate from the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland and is accredited by CEDR.
Angela has been a panel adjudicator and mediator at the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) since January 2011 where she has adjudicated on or mediated hundreds of disputes between landlords and tenants and she is an expert on Irish residential tenancies law.
Angela was a member of the first panel of lawyers for the Disputes Resolution Authority of Cumann Lúthchleas Gael (the GAA) and she is an Irish speaker.
Angela has been a volunteer legal adviser with FLAC the Free Legal Advice Centres and with the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Niamh graduated from University College Dublin in 1989 B.Comm. and holds a post graduate diploma in Law from Technological University Dublin.
Niamh has been in continuous private general practice since 1992, acting for private and corporate clients in all areas of Real Estate, Landlord and Tenant, Commercial Litigation, Personal Injury Litigation, Employment Law, Family Law and Probate. Niamh was previously an Equity partner in another Dublin firm before joining Becker Campion in 2013.
Niamh is a highly experienced and expert lawyer who takes a practical approach to problem-solving for her clients, who find her extremely personable and know that she always puts them first.
Niamh is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
Eimear graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2017 with B.A. in English Studies and in 2019 with M.A. in English. Eimear also holds a post graduate diploma in Law from the Technical University Dublin in 2018.
Eimear joined the firm in 2018 and is currently taking Final Examinations Part I prior to training as a solicitor.
Eimear has travelled extensively and has lived and worked abroad as a qualifies waterfront Lifeguard with CPR, AED, BSI and Wilderness First Aid qualifications.
